This game is co-fucking-caine. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, have a played a more fun and addicting game as this one. This game takes shooters/RPGs to a whole new level. And I can think of only one word to describe it......

I'll give you basic rundown. You start off as a player who is just referred to as Shepard. At the start of the game, you choose a bio and it's by this bio that NPCs will respond and react to you in game. You have four weapons (technically you have five but I find the fifth useless) a pistol, an assault rifle, a shotgun, and a sniper rifle. All of which can be beefed up using good old upgrades, which are plentiful and easy to find, and you are constantly improving your skills with them with the RPG aspect. The fifth weapon, if you must know, are grenades. It's nice that they fly in a straight line when thrown and are sticky, but they have a ridiculous timer, about 10 seconds. Usually the enemies have moved away from them by then.
This game will reward you for doing side missions, and there's a lot. I've put in over 15 hours into the game and only done about three of the storyline critical missions. The rest of the time I was doing the side missions and by the time I got done with the ones I had, I was so strong I just breezed through the storyline missions no problem. And what happened during those main missions? I found two more side missions to do after that. And those lead to more side missions. One side mission will often open up three more. Then sometimes you stumble across them when just exploring the game.
The aliens of the game are nice to look at and the emotions and gestures of the characters are really life like. You can literally tell when you've ran the poor little asari girl to tears in grief and when the big ass krogan wants to rip you apart over a misplaced word.
All I can say about it is, if you like this kind of game, and don't mind some pretty long dialouge scenes, this game is for you. Pick it up and enjoy.
