Without further ado, here are the rules & limits for wrestlers for OCW's 2010 season.
Weight Classes and Their Restrictions:
The game engine has 5 visual weight classes. You can see these by selecting a height and increasing or decreasing the weight, then pressing enter to change the body type. OCW designations for these are, from lightest to heaviest-
Cruiserweight
Light Heavyweight
Heavyweight
Super Heavyweight
Ultra Heavyweight
EDIT: Anyone 6'1" and over will not be considered a cruiserweight.
Weight classes have the following restrictions-
Cruiserweights cannot have a Strength stat of over 75% and cannot be over 6'0".
Light Heavyweights cannot have a Strength stat of over 85% and cannot be over 6'0".
Heavyweights cannot have a Speed stat of over 85%.
Super Heavyweights cannot have a Speed stat of over 85%. Additionally, they cannot have the following moves in their moveset:
---Big Attack: Flying Kick, Spinning Kick, Cartwheel Kick
---Running Attack: Flying Kick, Spinning Kick, Cartwheel Kick

Ultra Heavyweights cannot have a Speed stat of over 75%. Additionally, they cannot have the following moves in their moveset:
---Big Attack: Dropkick, Flying Kick, Spinning Kick, Cartwheel Kick
---Running Attack: Dropkick, Flying Kick, Spinning Kick, Cartwheel Kick

---Crush Attack: Senton, Moonsault, Somersault Splash
---Running Crush: Senton, Moonsault, Somersault Splash
---Flying Crush: Frog Splash, Moonsault, Shooting Star Press, Somersault Splash, Senton Bomb
Stats:
All wrestlers will begin with the following stats:
Popularity: 40%
Strength: 40%
Skill: 40%
Agility: 40%
Stamina: 40%
Toughness: 40%
Attitude: 75%
Happiness: 75%
Each wrestler is allocated 150 points to distribute amongst the first 6 stats. Attitude and Happiness are handled by the game and are not controllable by the player.
Please keep in mind the weight class restrictions to stats as noted above.
Moves:
There are no restrictions this year on moves. However, please note that the more damaging the move, the harder it is to successfully pull off, so the more power moves you throw in, the more likely you are to get reversed to hell.
Creating a character with nothing but finishers & power moves can result in a wrestler's moveset being deemed illegal by the Committee. Please balance your moves carefully.
Changes:
Wrestlers can be changed once a month. This includes stats (where 10 points TOTAL may be moved), moveset, looks, etc.
The only exception is your wrestler's relationships; these may be changed on a weekly basis to reflect your wrestler's changing attitude towards other wrestlers.
