Watch that sumbitch!
Round 1:
Alexander Sin & Bloodraven vs. Star Man & Johnny Super
Beautiful match, if a little short! Great offense from all parties, and at the end it's Johnny Super hitting the Fist of the North Star (looping palm strike) on Bloodraven, then the Psycho Crusher (end of days) for the 1, 2, 3! Alex almost broke it up, but the referee counted quicker than he could get there! LAWLZ
Winners, Star Man & Johnny Super!
The Establishment (Sean Callous & Johnny Grey) vs. Kin Corn Karn & Craig Helman
This one looked like KCK and Helman had it wrapped up, with a strong, competitive match between both teams and a lot of offense! The Rage hit the Urban Legendary Attack (phenomenal blitz), but also received a lot of punishment. The Establishment managed to keep Karn in the ring for a good bit, and when Helman got in, the Machine was there to stretch him but good! A Shades of Grey (rko) followed shortly by a Greyface (crossface) and a second Shades of Grey busted Helman open and put him down for the count!
Winners, the Establishment!
Minion & Manticore vs. Wargoth & Matty Ace
Great match showing different teamwork styles, as Minion and Manticore tried to just muscle their way around, but Wargoth did most of the heavy lifting on his side and Matty came in for the flashy finishers! Matty otherwise got hammered, but Wargoth got him in for 2 Ace of Spades (truth or consequences), the second of which bloodied Minion and kept him down for 3! And Manticore, who had been fine, suddenly looked all worn out when he should've been saving the match. Uh huh, we see how it is... LOL
Winners, Wargoth & Matty Ace!
CK One & Matthias Sin vs. Teabag & the Soulless
Short and smart! CK One starts off with Teabag, and it isn't long before Matthias is tagged in. Teabag tags in the Soulless, then grabs Matthias and belly-to-bellies him over the top rope! The Soulless follows, and Matthias hits a frankensteiner, and then just keeps slamming Soulless into the steel steps! He runs and slides in at 9, and boom, wins by countout as the referee counts 10! Smart as hell wrestling by Matthias Sin!
Winners, CK One & Matthias Sin!
Bandit & Tarantula vs. Fighter Hayabusa & Adam Riley
Beautiful match where either side could've taken the match, and just a great, great match overall! Bandit hits the Bloodline (pedigree) on Adam Riley, who kicks out! Fighter Hayabusa comes in and hits the Back Brain Kick (single leg enzuigiri) on Tarantula, but Tarantula gets him in the Spider Snare (bank statement) and then hits the Webspinner (bang-a-rang) for 1, 2, 3! Adam Riley jawed at the crowd and realized his mistake too late, stepping through the ropes right at the 3 count. LOL
Winners, Bandit & Tarantula!
The Amazon & Dragune vs. Leviathan & the Chupacabra
Okay, this was like, a total fucking squash.
Leviathan starts off with the Amazon and just devastates him in one of the most dominant displays I've ever seen. The Amazon gets NO offense until he finally gets away to tag. Dragune doesn't do a lot better, and Chupa gets a couple of seconds of in-ring time to beat on Dragune, but he tags Leviathan back in, Amazon gets tagged back in, and Leviathan hits the Endbringer (player's boot) and the Beast Driver (claw slam) - both finishers, BACK TO BACK- and puts the Amazon away while Chupa runs interference. FOCK.
Winners, Leviathan & the Chupacabra!
Bobo the Gorilla & Jim Stackhouse vs. Werwulf & the Hydra
Just... WTF??? What is with the great tag matches tonight??? FOOOOOOOOOOCK!!!
Werwulf pretty much kicks the shit out of the opposing team by himself. The Hydra does pretty well for himself too. Werwulf ends up cracking Stackhouse open when he hits the Spinal Tap (superkick) after the Mark of the Beast (trouble in paradise), then tags in the Hydra for a doubleteam superkick/knee strike combo, and I thought it was over, because Stackhouse was wearing a crimson mask at that point and had been getting fucked!
Stackhouse tags out to Bobo, who doesn't stay in that long. But it was long enough for Stackhouse to recover, because he comes back in and hits the pop-up powerbomb on the Hydra! He pins and Werwulf tries to save it, but Bobo gets in his way and it delays him enough for Stackhouse to get the 1, 2, 3!!!
Winners, Bobo the Gorilla & Jim Stackhouse!
Rebel Raynes & Justin Case vs. Monn' Joogra & Riley Taylor
Well, that was short! Rebel starts with Monn' Joogra and gets his ass kicked in pretty badly, especially after a doubleteam powerbomb into an rko. Riley gets a 2, and Justin gets tagged in, and Riley knocks Justin to the outside! Hijinks ensue, and the guys just beat the piss out of each other, forgetting that there's a referee counting. Double countout!!!
Double elimination via countout- Bobo the Gorilla & Jim Stackhouse will advance to the semifinals via a bye!
Women's X-Violence Falls Count Anywhere Match:
Lady Godivika vs. Tiffany Slyvinia
Yeah, Lady Godivika got smoked. Tiffany beats her ass for her, then Godivika gets off enough offense to try a finisher of some sort, but Tiffany elbows her in the head, spins into a backstabber and pins, 1, 2, 3. Bitch, you ain't even in the same zip code. Better luck next time, Felicia!
Winner, Tiffany Slyvinia!
Round 2:
Star Man & Johnny Super vs. The Establishment (Sean Callous & Johnny Grey)
Competitive, but the Establishment still pretty much bashes on the opposing team. Johnny Grey locks the Greyface on Star Man, hits the Shades of Grey, and locks on the Greyface again, then tags in the Rage, who hits the Total Taste Removal (sweet chin music) and gets the 3 while Johnny Super gets distracted by the crowd. lol
Winners, the Establishment!
Wargoth & Matty Ace vs. CK One & Matthias Sin
Wargoth is just a dominant motherfucker! He plows just about everyone. Toward the end, Matty is in the ring with Matthias and hits the Ace in the Hole, but CK One is able to make the save. Matty fires off a shining wizard and the Ace of Spades, but again, he's too close to the Sin/CK corner and gets interrupted.
Ace goes for a suplex but Sin reverses into an STO and hits a complete shot, then runs to the corner and hits a Sin-ton Bomb (swanton bomb) and pins! 1, 2, 3!!!
It really didn't look like Matty took that kind'a damage, but hell, there it is!
Winners, CK One & Matthias Sin!
Bandit & Tarantula vs. Leviathan & the Chupacabra
I don't even know what to say about this match. It had the most goof-ups, but it was the most competitive of the night, with all 4 men obviously not wanting to lose. Finishers were hit, pinfalls were a'plenty, but in the end the Chupacabra hit the Decrapitator (swinging neckbreaker) to finish off the Bandit!
Winners, Leviathan & the Chupacabra!
Bobo the Gorilla & Jim Stackhouse advance via a bye
Women's Devastation Chamber #1 Contender Match:
Ashley Ace vs. Isis vs. Katrina Locke vs. Kennedy Smoke vs. Lady Bloodraven vs. Midnight Blue
What can I say? This was a big random mess. The coolest part is, the first two women in were Katrina and Kennedy, who fought last week at Overdrive! The even cooler part is, they were the last two in! Kennedy gets the win after hitting a spinning slam on Katrina.
Order In:
1 & 2. Katrina Locke & Kennedy Smoke
3. Midnight Blue
4. Ashley Ace
5. Lady Bloodraven
6. Isis
Order Out:
1. Isis by Midnight Blue (samoan driver on the steel grating)
2. Ashley Ace by Katrina Locke (Katrina Locke/kamura lock)
3. Midnight Blue by Lady Bloodraven (Fatal Shot/superkick)
4. Lady Bloodraven by Kennedy Smoke (spinning slam)
5. Katrina Locke by Kennedy Smoke (spinning slam)
Winner and new #1 contender, Kennedy Smoke!
Tournament Semifinals:
The Establishment (Sean Callous & Johnny Grey) vs. CK One & Matthias Sin
Before, I would've said the Chupa & Leviathan/Bandit & Tarantula match was match of the night, but this one has taken that honor! Incredibly competitive match that could've went either way, and both teams wanted it BADLY!!! I just can't even. Matthias Sin gets trapped in the ring for a good, long time. In the end it's the Rage with a Total Taste Removal on Matthias Sin and a crimson mask-wearing Johnny Grey running interference, but CK One was distracted.
Winners, the Establishment!
Leviathan & the Chupacabra vs. Bobo the Gorilla & Jim Stackhouse
Hard-fought match on Jim Stackhouse's part- Bobo didn't get in a ton of time or offense. Jim and Bobo just never really seemed like they were going to take it in this match. Jim eats a chokeslam from Leviathan and a double team suplex/crossbody off the top, but doesn't stay down. Bobo gets in and the Chupster puts him down with the Decrapitator. Hot damn!
Winners, Leviathan & the Chupacabra!
Tournament Finals:
The Establishment (Sean Callous & Johnny Grey) vs. Leviathan & the Chupacabra
SUCH a great match! The Establishment takes over from the start and beats down Leviathan, then the Chupster. Leviathan almost walks out, dropping to the ground and jawing with Chupa, but then they get back on the game plan and start coming back! Chupa sucks failure trying to come off the top rope when the Rage plants a kick to his face mid-air, but the Chupster comes back with the Flight of the Beerbellied Buttfucker (falcon arrow) and a Decrapitator on the Rage for a CLOSE 2! But in the end, Johnny Grey locks Chupa in the Greyface and Leviathan doesn't notice he's in that much trouble until he taps out!
Seriously, I think that might be the first submission win of the year!!!
Winners, the Establishment!
Teammate vs. Teammate Final Match:
"The Rage" Sean Callous vs. "The Machine" Johnny Grey
This was a short fucking squash match. The Rage just took Johnny apart. He had an answer for everything Johnny tried, and hit him with the Urban Legendary Attack.
And then, Johnny hits a neckbreaker, the omega driver, and the Shades of Grey, and pins the Rage like it was nothing! 1, 2, 3, and Johnny Grey will be competing for his first World Championship against Werwulf at Adrenalin!!!
Winner and #1 contender to the World Championship, "The Machine" Johnny Grey!
