Second Coming's "Soft" chugs through the arena, and "The Main Event," Adam Riley, makes his way out to the ring. The fans give a mixed reaction, but Adam just grins and waits for them to settle down.
Adam: Thank you so very much for that warm welcome! So, Gang Warfare. The Establishment drills their way through, and in the finals, we face... the Moonlight Army. And a new face in the company. The "Mega Heel," Jay O'Neil. Now, the Main Event isn't out here to trash the Moonlight Army, although we destroyed them and went on to win. No, the Main Event is here because something special happened in that match. See, more than once, the Main Event looked across that ring, and saw the Mega Heel, and there was just something there. The moves, the attitude... there was just something there. There was a spark. The Main Event looked at the Mega Heel and saw something familiar in this... Mega Heel.
Adam pauses, and the fans buzz, surprised at this show of good sportsmanship from the Main Event.
Adam: And then, the Main Event was finally able to put his finger on it. It's called GIMMICK INFRINGEMENT.
Boos echo from the crowd. Adam's grin just gets bigger.
Adam: So see, Mr. Mega Heel, unfortunately the Main Event can't have his Gang Warfare prize, his title shot, this week, because Johnny is gonna kill Minion, and that's fine. That's why I've requested a match against you, my little friend. You call yourself the Mega Heel, you've got your little "GFY Driver"- no, don't get me wrong, it's cute. And oh lord, you're undefeated in singles competition. Well let the Main Event make one thing perfectly clear: at Adrenalin, when the Main Event gets the Last Laugh, and the Ratings Spike, and the referee counts that 1, 2, 3, and you roll out of that ring and feel that slab of defeat pull itself through your heart- you just remember what I'm saying out here right now: there is only room for one mega heel in OCW. And the Main Event is gonna come down to this ring and teach you ALL ABOUT IT.
The fans continue to boo as Adam chucks the mic across the ring and climbs the turnbuckle, relishing in the crowd's reaction as the camera fades out and cuts to commercial.
